Founder and Chef
Carmen is passionate about cooking, loves traditional dishes, and is also good at creating new dishes. Experience is the source of her creative inspiration. She believes that only by enjoying life and absorbing nutrients from life can one enrich inspiration and bring delicious food to customers.
She is now serving as a chef in major events as well as weddings, conferences, and private dinners and parties.
She also runs cooking classes.
