Founder and Chef
Carmen is passionate about cooking, loves traditional dishes, and is also good at creating new dishes. Experience is the source of her creative inspiration. She believes that only by enjoying life and absorbing nutrients from life can one enrich inspiration and bring delicious food to customers.
She has extensive experience as a professional chef working in senior roles at major events, weddings, conferences, and private parties. As a private chef, she delivers personalized dining experiences and also teaches cooking classes in both community and private settings.
