We use premium Australian flour to handcraft our noodles without preservatives, ensuring a natural, authentic flavour.
Each batch is made fresh to order. While we recommend enjoying them right away, they can be stored for 2-3 days in the fridge or frozen for future meals.
Thick Noodles “Mountain”: Hearty and chewy, perfect for warm, comforting dishes.
Thin Noodles “River”: Smooth and versatile, great for both warm or chilled dishes.

We craft our sauces and dressings to perfectly pair with our fresh noodles, offering a variety of flavours to suit any craving.
XO Sauce: Cantonese-inspired, rich in umami from dried scallop and shrimp. Available in Original, Hot, and Extra Hot versions.
Roasted Sesame Sauce: Nutty and smooth, made from freshly roasted sesame.
Yuzu and Wasabi Dressing: Zesty, with a citrus kick from Australian grown yuzu and a mild wasabi heat. Ideal for a refreshing, cold noodle dish.
